CSG Irregular Polygon Area Calculator

This calculator requires the use of Javascript enabled and capable browsers. It is to determine the area of an irregular polygon. The generally accepted manner for finding the area of an irregular polygon is to break it up into triangles and possibly a rectangle, then calculate each and add the totals. Enter the length of the sides for each triangle you use; up to 10 of them. Triangles do NOT need to be right triangles. Enter the length and width of the side of the rectangle. You do not have to enter anything in any you do NOT use. All entries should be numeric. The answer is returned as a number, based on your entries. Enjoy!.
