Determination of Least Square & Product
of
no. of Amino Acids in Specified Configurations
config-3
A: no. of codons per amino acid for amino acid class A
B: no. of codons per amino acid for amino acid class B
C: no. of codons per amino acid for amino acid class C
x: no. of amino acid of class A
y: no. of amino acid of class B
x: no. of amino acid of class C
Total gives Ax+By+Cz. If this is equal to the total mentioned in Red, configuration is feasible, otherwise not.
Example :Suppose in the AA family of 21, there are 6 AA each of which is represented by 4 codons per AA, 2 AA each of which is represented by 6 codons per AA & the rest by 2 codons per AA,
then, A=4, x=6; B=6,y=2 and C=2. putting these above, we get-- not feasible in set -I.
